Come up the mountain.  From the first (and only) traffic light, which is right at the top of the mountain, Signal Crest is located slighty over 1/2 mile on the right.  Taft Hwy becomes Rigdeway Avenue.  Signal Crest Apartment Homes is located across the street from Signal Crest United Methodist Church and just prior to town hall and the community ball fields and pool.
